TERMS OF DELIVERY

Our orders get packed and picked up for delivery within 1-2 days, unless the item description shows a special term of delivery. The delivery time depends on the destination of your order. Orders in United States, Canada take about 2-3 days. Europe take about 3-5 days. Other country take about 4-6 days. depending on the destination country.

1. Receive your order request

After processing your payment and receiving your order request, we will confirm this order by email. Then we will prepare the items in your order.

2. Processing time

In this section, we ask for quality control for 1-2 business days and arrange for proper shipping. After the package is shipped, we will send you an email with the delivery information.

Note: In orders with multiple projects, the processing time will be based on the project with the longest processing time.

3.Shipping time

The actual delivery time for the destination country is based on the shipping method in your order.

Note: Public holidays, destination countries and couriers will also be affected.

30 DAY RETURNS POLICY

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order you can return it to us FREE of charge within 30 days from the day you receive your parcel.
